Putting the site together was the job of Phil Robertson of Greymoose Webdesign. Phil maintains the technical aspects of the Marton Central site as well as keeping the news story and advertiser listings up to date. Greymoose Webdesign also cover the cost of and provide the hosting and domain registration for the site.
Outside of cyberworld Phil is involved with teaching guitar at James Cook School, working as graphic designer and sub-editor at the Rangitikei District Monitor and is part of the congregation at Marton Elim Church.
Rose-Marie Clearwater makes sure the calendar stays up to date. Of course she can only include events that she knows about so be sure to contact her if you want to add your event to the calendar.
One of the many ways Rose keeps herself busy is to look after the computers at another local school, Marton School.
The original layout for this version of the site was designed by Murray Nash of Simple Web Design. Unfortunately Murray's other commitments meant that he was unable to continue with the project. Fortunately for us he was happy for us to use parts of his design. We made a few changes during the development phase but some of what you see on your screen is true to his original idea.
